Most live watercolor portrait artists work alone and are limited in the number of guests they can accommodate. SK + Cee is a team of professional artists, allowing us to serve everything from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate events, galas, and celebrations with hundreds of guests. We're known for our signature chic, fashion-inspired style. Rather than creating caricatures(that accentuate people's insecurites), we focus on flattering silhouettes, beautiful outfit details, hairstyles, and the elements that make each guest feel like the best version of themselves. We've also designed our process around the guest experience. Guests are photographed and free to enjoy the celebration while we paint from reference photos, eliminating long lineups and awkward waiting. The result is a seamless experience that combines interactive entertainment with a personalized keepsake they'll treasure long after the event ends.

Your date is officially secured once the contract is signed and a 20% non-refundable retainer has been recieved.

A non-refundable retainer of 20% is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it secures your date and we may decline other bookings. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: 50% of the total booking cost is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: 100% of the total booking cost is non-refundable.

Our goal is always to have all portraits completed and ready for pickup before the end of the event, and at every event so far, we do. If for some reason, some portraits remain unfinished at the end of the evening, we'll complete the remaining portraits in our studio at no additional charge. The finished portraits will be shipped to the client, who can then distribute them to their guests. Additional portraits beyond your package can also be ordered after the event for $30 per portrait. These portraits are completed in studio and shipped to the client.

There will be one copy made for group portraits. To accomodate for as many guests as possible, we limit one portrait per person*(exception,see below) Our packages are based on guest count, and paint the number of guests included in your package. Throughout the event, we photograph and paint any guests who would like a portrait. *Once we finished everyone who would like a portrait and still have time/portraits remaining from the package, we'll happily use the extra time for additional portraits. Guests often request portraits with different friends, family members, or fun group combinations. These late-night-portraits are one of our favorite parts of the evening!

Our packages are based on guest count rather than a set number of hours. This allows us to properly plan for your event, including the number of artists, assistants, and painting time required to create a smooth experience for your guests. For smaller weddings and events, our core team can complete all portraits during the event. For shorter events, larger celebrations, corporate events, galas, and guest lists of 200+ guests, we may plan for longer painting time or bring additional professional artists from our team. Each artist has been personally trained in our signature chic, fashion-inspired watercolor style. This team based approach allows us to accommodate everything from intimate weddings to large-scale events while maintaining the quality, speed, and guest experience we're known for.

SK + Cee is a team of professional watercolor artists trained in our signature high-fashion, flattering portrait style. We work hard to keep our portraits cohesive across each event, with a shared focus on elegant silhouettes, outfit details, hairstyles, and the overall feel of each guest. Because every portrait is hand-painted, each artist naturally brings their own unique touch, brushwork, and flair to the finished piece. This means portraits may vary slightly depending on the artist who painted them, while still maintaining the chic, fashion-inspired style SK + Cee is known for. We believe those subtle artistic differences are part of what makes each portrait feel personal, handmade, and one-of-a-kind.

We require a 6-ft table and 3 chairs to be provided, and to be placed near an outlet for our lights. To make us fit in with the vibe of the event, we recommend having some of your decor/floral arrangemets put asside to put on or next to our table. This is not required, but recommended!

Yes! We are based in Edmonton, Alberta and regularly travel for weddings, corporate events, galas and celebrations throughout Alberta and Western Canada. We frequently serve Edmonton, Calgary, Banff, Canmore, Jasper, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Fort McMurrary and surrounding areas, and are available for destination events across British Columbia, Saskatchewan and beyond. Additional travel expenses may apply, such as airfare, transportation, lodging etc.
